Privacy Policy

The short version
- Your files are read and processed on your iPhone.
- Your work in progress is saved on your iPhone and, if iCloud is on, in your own private iCloud. We can't see it.
- We don't collect anything. No accounts, no tracking, no ads, no analytics.
- Nothing you open in 1perDoor is ever sent to us.
This policy covers the 1perDoor app for iPhone and this website. "We" and "us" mean the developer of 1perDoor.
Your files
You open a CSV or Excel file in 1perDoor. The app reads it and groups the people into households on your iPhone. Your file and the names and addresses in it are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Your saved work and iCloud
1perDoor saves your work in progress so you can pick up where you left off. It's kept on your iPhone. If iCloud is on for your Apple Account, it's also kept in your own private iCloud, so your other devices can open it. That's your iCloud storage, run by Apple. We can't read it.
Your saved work stays until you finish or delete it. Delete Saved Work removes it from your iPhone and from iCloud. If iCloud is off, it stays only on your iPhone.
What you export
When you export, the app makes a mailing file and opens the share sheet. You choose where it goes: Mail, Files, AirDrop, or any other app. 1perDoor sends it nowhere on its own.
Payments
Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple doesn't tell us who you are. To check what you've bought, the app asks Apple on your iPhone. Nothing about your purchase is kept on any server of ours.
What we don't collect
1perDoor has no accounts and no sign-in. It doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking, and it doesn't share data with data brokers. We don't run any servers that your data could be sent to.
Apple gives every developer some information on its own terms. That includes download and sales totals and, only if you've agreed in your iPhone's settings, crash reports and usage statistics. Apple doesn't tell us who they came from. Apple's privacy policy covers that information: apple.com/legal/privacy.
If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you, and we don't add you to any mailing list. Please don't send client files or client names. We don't need them to help you.
This website
1perdoor.com has no cookies, analytics or tracking. The company that hosts the site may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Children
1perDoor is a business tool and isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
If what the app does with your data changes, this page will change first, with a new date at the top. A change that sends any data off your iPhone in a new way will be described here and in the app before it happens.
