Getting started
What do I need?
An iPhone with iOS 27.1 or later. 1perDoor works on any iPhone and makes the most of iPhone Duo's inner display.
What files can it open?
CSV files and Excel files (.xlsx). Tap Open a File, or share a file to 1perDoor from Mail or Files. If an Excel file has more than one sheet, the app asks which one to use.
Can I try it without my own file?
Yes. Tap Try with Sample Data. The sample uses made-up names, and you can go all the way to the export without a subscription.
Getting a file out of Google Sheets, Excel or Numbers
- Google Sheets: File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) or Comma-separated values (.csv). In the Google Sheets app, use Share & export → Send a copy.
- Excel: share or save the workbook as .xlsx, or use Save As → CSV.
- Numbers: File → Export To → Excel or CSV.
My zip codes lost their leading zero
Spreadsheets sometimes treat zip codes as numbers, so 02134 becomes 2134. Format the zip column as Text in your spreadsheet before you export.
Using the app
What does "Marked for review" mean?
The app couldn't write a mailing line for that household with confidence. Examples are a missing last name or an address that looks incomplete. It doesn't guess. Tap Correct Households to fix them, or export without them.
Does 1perDoor check addresses with USPS?
No. 1perDoor makes each address one mailing. Your mailing house does the USPS work, such as address standardization and ZIP+4.
Where is my work saved?
On your iPhone and, if iCloud is on, in your own private iCloud, so your other devices can open it. Open the app and tap Continue to pick up where you left off. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my saved work?
On the start screen, tap Delete Saved Work. After you export, closing the file with ✕ also asks whether to delete it or keep it. Deleted work is removed from your iPhone and from iCloud.
Subscriptions
What's free?
The sample data, all the way to the export. With your own file, you can see the preview, the styles and the grade for free. Correcting households and exporting your own lists need a subscription or the lifetime purchase.
I bought it on another iPhone
Sign in with the same Apple Account. Then tap Restore Purchases on the subscribe screen.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → 1perDoor. You can also get there from the app: About 1perDoor → Manage Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
